How We Pack Vaccines and Refrigerated Medications

Vaccines are packaged on ice packs in an insulated foam box. When properly packaged and shipped, vaccines and refrigerated items can arrive safely to you, even during hot weather. Please note it is possible that the ice packs included in your shipment may be melted upon arrival. This does not necessarily indicate a compromise in the quality or potency of the shipment. We recommend inspecting the contents of your package upon receipt. If the shipment appears compromised in any way or if you have questions, please contact us at 1-877-500-9944 for assistance.

How We Ship Vaccines and Refrigerated Medications

Vaccines and temperature-sensitive medications will be shipped 1-2 Day Express, and are packed with ice packs. Refrigerated orders are shipped Monday through Friday unless Saturday delivery is requested with customer service and available in your area. Saturday delivery has an extra charge.

Shipping cost will be calculated during check out and based on weight of the package.

When Vaccines Ship

Orders shipping within the U.S. ship Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00pm EST Friday will ship the following Monday.

If there are medications that are not temperature sensitive in the same order as cold-ship medications and vaccines, we attempt to package them together and ship express. If this isn’t possible, we remove the medications that are not temperature sensitive and ship separately.

These rates apply only to vaccines shipped within the contiguous United States.

We are unable to accept returned vaccines due to federal and state laws.
