What to know before using V.E.T. Pharmaceuticals Vitamin K1 50 mg, 50 Chewable Tablets
- When larger doses of Vitamin K1 are administered, your pet may exhibit temporary resistance to prothrombin-depressing anticoagulant medications
- If no response is noted, this could mean that the supplemented condition is not responsive to Vitamin K1.
- Phytonadione will not counteract the anticoagulant activity of heparin.
- Speak with your veterinarian before beginning treatment and follow their directions carefully

2.5 to 5 mg/kg body weight (1 tablet per 22 lbs. for higher dosages) once a day for up to three (3) weeks or as determined by a veterinarian.
